What does religion have to do with this? Is this/paranormal/differing views, etc evil?

     God is love. Plain and simple. He is way beyond our concepts and abilities to process. We think we know but we don’t. To say that God will discriminate against a person because that person believes in a different version of Him completely defeats His message and purpose entirely. We are all His children and creations; He loves us all and equally. I used to be proud of my Christian faith however as I am older now I’ve encountered embarrassment for the narrow-mindedness that I’ve witnessed. The bitterness and hate I’ve been subjected to by these “all-knowing” extremists….usually Christian or Catholic, saddens me. They don’t know everything; we can’t know everything. We aren’t capable of it.

                     Trying to convert and change people who are perfectly normal and happy with their religion/beliefs/denomination is wrong. Does it not occur to these extremists that the Bible has been manipulated and used by thousands of years worth of those in power. Catholics were told to reproduce so their religion could be dominant at the time…remember there was no separation between Church and State. The government was the church. Jesus never spoke of birth control as evil, and personally it’s a woman’s right. The population control these days needs to be modified. Sadly many women in India and China aren’t given the chance, choice or education to make these decisions without the men or church deciding for them. So many children are murdered after birth because they didn’t have the alternative option. Why ban something that can prevent murders and horribly sad events? The population control is out of hand however so is the infant mortality rates…they don’t have the proper funds, nutrition and support to carry their families and that is unfair and against humanity. Sex and making love is something to be enjoyed; why do you think God enabled us to have this gift? However, with any gift…use it wisely.

Today I saw a video clip of a fellow MSU student saying that, “the Bible says that all spirits are evil. So I don’t believe in ghosts but I believe in spirits. But all spirits are bad…” UGH!!!! So your sweet Grandma Hilda died and is therefore evil? The Bible even talks about life after death as spirits…so our bodies are shells…we just make a “transfer”. Based off of the Theory of Thermodynamics, energy cannot be created or destroyed; it must be transferred to another form. Check out the 21 grams studies and you’ll open your mind a bit (weight of our souls is 21 grams). But first of all, I’d like to ask how many of you have actually read the Bible? Because some man or woman in a position of authority told you so, therefore it is?!? It might of well been David Koresh or Hitler and you’d see them as sincere (those people did!)…God gave you the gift and freedom of choice. He wants you to use it! That’s how we form who and what we are today! (Also, it doesn’t matter how many times you say a certain mantra…you might not even mean it, but it is about what you think and feel in your soul that reflects who and what you are! I hate hearing people say “I’m a good practicing Christian” but then an hour later they’re out binge drinking and having random sex at a college party!). There are evil people that attend church. Go figure. There are times when leaders are corrupt and unfit to guide us however thanks to politics or whatever means, they are there in that authority. I think it’s absolutely absurd that I would have to speak through the Pope to talk to God. How insulting to God! He is a part of all of us and He is not so simple and textbook that only one person can truly talk to Him. I’m glad God has a sense of humor (I mean He does; He created us haha!)! Also, some extremist who claim these outrageous things lived a very poorly-chosen life and are going to do the exact opposite side of the spectrum to “make up” for their problems and to “save their asses”. Please keep all this in mind! I can’t stand to see “sheeple”…it disturbs me! Be comfortable in who and what you are!

                     Now let us talk about spirits, ghosts, psychics, astrology, tarot cards, etc. I want to say that keep in mind we have demonized many things because we didn’t understand or were afraid of it. Think of a bunch of pessimists gathered together and are shown a new way of looking at something. NEVER! I could laugh at the thought processes of our ancestors and how burning innocent people at the stake somehow justifies the individual’s accused “wrongs”. Anyways, moving on! Are you about to tell me that some of these gifted people, even young children are evil and using the means of Satan? I believe everyone has these abilities such as “prophecy” (clairvoyance and yes that is a form of psychic ability for those of you who wish to write it off), however cultures like our Western society tells us to ignore these things and to shut them off. So we do. Or at least most of us do. Learning to maximize our souls and beings to benefit ourselves and others is not evil. I have never done any of my “divinations” for harm or ill means. Always to help someone or to give myself guidance from God. It is my way of “going to church” except it is more intimate and close. I am speaking directly to God, Jesus, guardian angels, etc. without a tainted message or one that is interpreted incorrectly for my own unique personal walk in life. Everyone is different and we all signed up to live our lives so that we experience certain lessons. Don’t try to generalize all human spirits.

There are fake psychics and those that are selfish to use their gifts for financial gain, power, etc. However, there are many more good psychics and talented people than there are “evil ones”. And remember that some of these people are so busy worrying and thinking about what is evil that they spend more time and energy on the dark side rather than focusing on God and the light. As some have said, being psychic is like having dreams; you can’t help it! We can learn to control it which is the responsible thing to do; that way we can help others and ourselves. Intuition is in each and every one of us. If you’re disagreeing you’ve probably shut it out or try to rationalize things by coincidence…why? Are you scared of it? Most people are and that’s why we demonize things! What sissies we are! None of these psychics are claiming that their word is higher than Gods…they are messengers! READ CORINTHIANS!!! It directly cancels out any other misunderstandings about the gifts of Spirit. The ability to give prophecy, to discern spirits, to interpret those who speak tongues, and many others are stated to directly come from God himself. There you have it! Go check it for yourself so you can actually say “the Bible says…” with some confidence! God created all of us…don’t you think He wants us to all get along? Do you sincerely believe that He wants you to criticize and look down upon someone else because of their variation in views? He doesn’t care which religion as long as your intentions are good and you carry yourself in a similar manner and that you help others! Its like speaking different languages; the message is still the same! Roar! Sorry to get excited but I am so hurt and annoyed by these shallow people that it upsets me to no end. I truly hope our world can change and that someone sees the truth so that we can all share “universal understanding”. We are all the same! We are part of a whole! We are One! (sounds like an Army commercial haha).
