How did you become interested in the paranormal?

It intrigues me to think there's a totally separate world out there that functions and most of us don't even sence or observe this occuring in front of our very eyes. I've never actually had any paranormal experiences that I'm aware of , but am very curious, but will refrain from exploring personally due to the spirit realm can be dangerous, ie. satan and his demons could be involved. I never want to take any chances of introducing evil into my body or home.
